I had a nice race bred filly that I wanted to train for the track, but
finding a trainer to put her name under was hard. I wanted to get my license,
but
it seems too difficult to get.

Get someone you think knows what they're doing and study with them and get
"tutored" to pass the test. I know it's long and it involves handicapping
questions, as well as horse health, but if you need a practice test, I think I
have one for Oregon that was pretty extensive and "customary". Another option
is the guy up in Prescott who sells a study guide/video.
