Check this out if you are in need of something or want to give something away:

"How does Freecycling work?
One rule: everything posted must be free. Whether it's a chair, a fax
machine, piano, or an old door to be given away, it can be posted on the
network. Or, maybe you're looking to acquire something yourself? Respond to
the posting directly and you just might get it. After that it is up to the
giver to set up a pickup time for passing on the treasure."

"The worldwide (!) Freecycle Network is made up of many individual groups
across the globe. It's a grassroots movement of people who are giving (&
getting) stuff for free in their own towns."

How is it horse related? I've seen posts on my local freecycle list for
various supplies that could be used (including a horse trailer), chickens
wanted, plants available, etc. Someone is currently looking for a bathtub
to use for water or feed.

I'd always rather give something to someone who can use it than throw it
away or just let it gather dust if it's not something I use. Just gave
away a Gargoyle 'collection' to someone today as a matter of fact!
