Yes it is - the Tempe version was called Monti's La Casa Vieja, I
believe. I think Lenny was the Monti that ran the 19th/Cactus place. I
know they'd tell us if he was in the kitchen since rare meant REALLY RARE
to him. <g>

Maybe they're just remodeling or something. I'll have to cruise by next
week when I get a chance. I think the person who told me about it is on
this list and he's pretty observant, so sounds like they aren't open at the
moment.

It really is sad if they are closing both restaurants though. The chain
restaurants just aren't the same and the food was always good there.
