Saturday's Arizona Republic had a short article regarding Stacy Burton, the
jockey who was disabled in a racing accident at Prescott Downs three years
ago.
The state of Arizona has agreed to a $3 million settlement. According to
an assistant attorney general, the settlement is not an admission of
liability by the state.
