Athens Disc Gold Club volunteer award in front of the Mayor and
Commission? Please resond to me at carlyrobinson@... if
you will be able to attend and accept this award... The award will
be kept on display at the visitor center of Sandy Creek Park. Thanks

Congratulations!!!

ACC Leisure Services was honored with 9 GRPA awards at last week's
state conference...including Agency of the Year for the second
consecutive year!!!!

Once again, we will make a formal presentation of these awards before
the December Mayor and Commission Meeting at City Hall.

The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, December 6 at 7:00 p.m. in
the Commission Chambers at City Hall. Please note - the meeting is
on WEDNESDAY rather than TUESDAY, because of the run-off election.

I need to compile a list of people who will be present to accept the
awards, so....

1. Please e-mail the name(s) of the person/people who will accept
your award.
2. Please deliver the award to the Allen House, so I can take all of
them, at one time, to Jean Spratlin
3. If you are accepting an award, please arrive at City Hall by 6:45
p.m.
