From a WTT website.
All I can say is WOW


Ok, I went to see WTT match today with ASV playing (and why I actually went)
and this is what I saw and thoughts I had. Enjoy!

1. Arantxa looks great! Very fit! She is also very nice chit chatting with
fans and funny. Her tennis is certainly not there, at least, not her
groundies and serve. She was helpless against Ashley in singles winning only
3 points out of 15 they played. Then she was substituted by Julie Ditty, who
came back from 0-3 to beat Harkleroad 5-3.

2. The best net player (including men) on court was Arantxa. She hit some
amazing volleyes and showed that she still has the touch. Arantxa

3. This was the first time ever I saw a player breaking a racquet in WTT
match (which is essentailly an exhibition) , getting a code violation and
crying. Way to go, Ashley Harkleroad!

sucked outthere and lost against a nobody, but c'mon! Get a grip! It's an

4. WTT is nearing its end IMO. The level of players has gone down so much,
that it's not even funny. Tennis is boring as a lot of them can't keep a
ball in court to make an interesting rally. The stars (markee players) play
only one or two matches now. Venues are downsizing to a lauphable size and
still can't keep the seats full. No more hawk-eye. All this makes me wonder
how much longer it will continue.
