Well I may have spouted off a little bit but there is no way
Bartoli should be in the semi's.

I agree women's tennis is fine shape. I think it's actually in great
shape with all the competition but at the same time you made a
bit of my case for me........

Jankovic at #3. Exactly my point but even worse Bartoli seeded #18.
The question then remains.......Where is Ashley. She has always
been on Jankovic's and Bartoli's level.

Ok grass is the great "unequalizer" but still.................

I still think Vaidisova is along the lines of a Hantuchova. A nice top
20 player but unless the bottom falls out of the crop of players she
will be in a lot of quarters and a few semi's (in Grand Slams) but I
don't think she'll win one. Kind of like Patty Schynder as well
as Hantuchova.

Ashley should be a nice top 30 player but still hasn't made it there.
She still has time.
