Please do not train as I am certainly not up to the fitness levels of you
guys and I may probably get there by the time everyone has had lunch- but
that is ok It will just be a chill out easy ride I hope that is ok by
everyone!!!

Sounds good. I'm up for either day, though it has been so long between
rides that I might need to train for it ;-)
