How did Saturday go - apart from the lousy weather? I realised that I
needed to be a lot more organised than I was. Dressed but no breaky and
bike not checked. Next time for sure.

Mount Duval sounds like a great idea. As a slightly less punishing
alternative you can eschew the hot chocy and marshmallows part (who's
gonna want to lug the paraphenalia anyway?), bomb down the mountain
again, load the bikes on the cars and head to Caffiends.
