Registration: You may register by using the form below. In
order to receive a shirt, you must prepay.


Entry Fee: $20.00 per player.

Deadline: The deadline for entry is December 1st. Entries may
be taken after the 1st, but T-shirts will not be guaranteed. There
will not be extra shirts so try to order the right amount and sizes!!
