I am a high school coach and we just recently had the gold medal
squared camp this summer at our gym.......WOW.. is all i can say about
it.. We have always been a very competitive program for our size and
area but gold medal really has given our program the edge we need.we
are playing faster and so much better. we are moving up to three A this
fall and i KNOW we will do well. If you are a coach - dont hesitate to
