FACTS:
The undefeated and top-ranked USC women's volleyball team (22-0, 13-0
Pac-10) - the defending
NCAA and Pac-10 champion - travels to the desert this week to face Arizona
(11-12, 5-7 Pac-10).
The Women of Troy will face the Wildcats on Friday, Nov. 7, at 7 p.m. MST in
Tucson. The match will be tape delayed by Fox Sports Net and will air
starting on Saturday, Nov. 8 (please check local listings for additional
dates and times).

USC:
The Women of Troy have extended their overall win streak to 34 matches, and
their
home win streak to 14. . . . In the 3-0 win over Washington State, Mick
Haley earned his
600th career NCAA victory.!In his 20 years as head coach at the Division I
level,
Haley has amassed a 600-142 (.809) NCAA record. . . . Senior OH April Ross
led the team
with 31.5 total points in the two matches. Against Washington State, she
collected
a season-best five blocks and tied a career-best with two solo blocks. . . .
USC's win
over Washington marked its ninth over a ranked opponent this season. . . .
The Trojans
have now swept 20 opponents this season, including seven over ranked
opponents. . . .
The Women of Troy are now the only undefeated team in Division I after
Georgia Tech
fell to Maryland, 3-2, on Nov. 1. . . . Despite only playing five games,
Junior MB Emily Adams
led the team with 2.20 blocks per game in the two matches.

ARIZONA:
The Wildcats have won five of their last eight matches - the three losses
coming at No. 1 USC, at No. 2 Hawaii and at No. 9 Stanford. Meanwhile, two
of
those victories came at No. 8 UCLA and at No. 6 California. . . . Sophomore
OH
Jennifer Abernathy collected a career-high 24 kills and hit .588 in
Arizona’s upset win
at No. 6 California. . . . Sophomore OH Kim Glass eclipsed the 1,000 career
kill mark
during the Stanford match. She became the fastest player in school history
to reach
1,000 kills. . . . The Wildcats hit .421 in the three-game win over Cal. It
was the
first sweep of the Cal by an opponent this season. . . Arizona has won five
of its
last seven Pac-10 matches, hitting a combined .336 in those five victories.
