Tempe: Tempe will have a limited number of courts and the draw will need to
be as follows:

Men and Women

· 24 team main draw
· 18 automatic entries
· 2 wild card spots. Any wild card spots not used
will be added to the automatic entries.
· 4 teams through the qualifier

The qualifiers will also need to be limited due to the number of courts. We
will only be able to accommodate approximately 40 men's teams and 36 women's
teams in the qualifier. Teams will be granted entry into the qualifier based
on their AVP ranking. We will take all qualifier entries and determine the
final entry list after registration closes April 21. Teams who do not make
the qualifier will have their entry fees refunded.

EVENT REGISTRATION PROCEDURE AND DEADLINES: All players ranked in the Top 16
prior to an event will need to register by midnight the Monday of the week
preceding the Event (i.e., approximately 1-1/2 weeks before the start of the
event). All other players will have until noon Monday the week of an event
to register. The only valid method of entry for AVP events is online. ALL
ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED WITH PAYMENT (VISA/MC/AMEX/DISCOVER) along with an
accurate address, phone number, email address, and playing partner's name.
Phone and facsimile entries will not be accepted.
