Hi Everyone,
It’s time to purchase your Ride and Dine Equine Extravaganza tickets. This
fundraising event is hosted by Camelot Equestrian Park Foundation. Tickets are
available online at www.camelotequestrianpark.com
Some of you have been asking about the schedule of events for the day:
12:00 noon-Gate Opens (First 200 people get a free Ride and Dine T shirt)
12:30 Trail Ride, Ride as long as you like (costume parade starts at 2:00)
12:30–For non riders and on going throughout day- Exhibitor Booths, Sierra
Nevada Beer and Wine Garden, Silent Auction, buy available Donkey Plop Squares,
Fun Zone-Donkey Photos, Bounce House, Pitch Horse Shoes, Bean Bag Toss, Make
Stick Horses, Buy Hula Hoops for Tournaments, select Costume Parade Judges. Hula
Hoop contests will be announced throughout the day. Reigning Champ should be
prepared to defend their title.
1:00–3:30 Live Music performed by Inside Strait
2:00 Costume Parade-Kids, Grown Kids and of course Horses may participate
2:15 Lottery Drawing to assign Donkey Plop Squares
3:00 Kids Stick Horse Race
3:30 Equine Demonstrations-Vaulting Demonstration, Musical Freestyle
Demonstration
Donkey will enter Field of Play
4:00–4:45 Live Music performed by Wild Mountaineer String Band
4:00–6:00 Outback Steakhouse Dinner Served
4:30 Silent Auction Closes
5:00 Silent Auction Winners, Dinner Raffle Winner and hopefully Donkey Winner
Announced
5:15–6:00 Wild Mountaineer String Band
Please get your tickets as soon as possible so we know how much delicious food
Outback Steakhouse needs to prepare. You can also purchase Donkey Squares
online. There are only 100 squares available so don’t miss out on your chance
to win $1000!
