Re: [areaviadultriders] job opening

Dear Nora,
Your e-mail instantly caught my eye! I met you while
sitting and watching the Junior Novice Stadium rounds
at Twin Rivers ~ 2weeks ago. I was sitting with you,
while holding my big, dark bay I.S.H."Maxwell". Do you
remember us? We spoke about a lot of things(i.e. Yves
S.,Teresa K., David Adamo,A.K. Eventing, our horses,
the Junior riders, Nicasio Combined Training, etc.) I
really enjoyed talking with you, and I hope I didn't
talk your ear off, but I was excited about getting Max
around stadium, so we can move back up to Training. He
doesn't like to take off long to oxers. I think that
we are finally making progress. At the show,we
unfortunately had a stop at #7(natural colored oxer),
so I re-approached, but never heard the whistle. They
eliminated me for" re-approaching, before they could
re-set". My husband happened to be video taping, and
no pole fell. I discussed the matter with them later,
but they told me that it was their call, vs. mine. Oh
well. How did you and your students do over all? I
don't have a current resume ready at the moment, but
if you have interest in seeing one, I can put one
together soon. I've ridden my entire life, taught kids
from time to time, showed H/J until age 21, then
started eventing ~8 years ago(I finally have the right
horse...I hope). I currently am Teresa Korol's
assistant 3-4 days a week at Meadowbrook Farm in
Nicasio. I was thinking of putting a pony school
together for the summer, so your job opening has me
intrigued. It might be something that I am interested
in pursuing. Please let me know what your thoughts are
regarding me applying. Thanks for your time and
consideration. I hope to see you soon at the upcoming
Events. I look forward to hearing from
you soon.
Take care,
Annie J. Schmidt#(415)897-8654(h)/(c)#415-246-7444
