Happy Spring!

 

With the weather (supposedly) getting nicer and the days getting longer, it's time to think about playing ultimate again.  Especially as I can tell some of you are itching to play as much as I am.

 

I would like to get some feedback from people regarding the schedule.  *Note:  If you respond to this email, it will go to the entire list.  If you just want to respond to me, send an email to appletonultimate@... rather than the appletonultimate@yahoogroups.com that this is sent to.

 

Lawrence is only having pick-up on Saturdays at 2:00 for the next month.  Their weekday practices are to prepare them for the upcoming regionals tournament, but they have invited us to join them on Saturdays.

 

Do players have interest in getting together during the week?  We may not get enough people to field a team, but I would be willing to head out to the park and throw with whoever shows up.  Also, I would like to change the day we play to Wednesday instead of Thursday.

 

So, in summary, would you be ok with playing on Wednesday?  Do you want to get out and throw a disc even if we can't get a team?  Let me know.
