The Buffalo Sabres announced that Denis Hamel has been returned to the Rochester
Americans after a two-game stint with the parent club. Hamel was assigned to
the Rochester club on October 4th and recalled on the 18th. He has played in
four games to date for Rochester, scoring one goal and eight penalty minutes.
The right winger will be in the lineup tonight (Friday) as the Americans
continue to search for their first victory when hosting the Grand Rapids
Griffins. The contest takes place at the Blue Cross Arena at the Rochester War
Memorial, the puck drops at 7:35pm. Stay here for more information on your
