Okay, I gotta ask this. I used to live in Rochester, and watching the
Thrashers-Sabres game tonight, I noticed that they sang the Canadian anthem even
though no Canadian team was playing.

I know there's a high number of Canadian attendees at Sabres games, but I don't
ever
remember them singing the Canadian national anthem when no Canadian team was
playing! Is this something new? If not, when did they start doing it? I
dunno,
maybe it's been so long (20 odd years) that I just don't remember them doing it.

Wow, the Sabres have come out like gangbusters ... hopefully the Thrashers can
hold
them off until they've spent themselves :)
