Actually, the general manager is none other than the great Jody Gage.
Unfortunately, I feel that the move was more a look at short-term planning
(i.e. the 1999 Calder Cup Playoffs) than the future. Oh well...the season is
young and the Amerks are already 2-0 (see post game report from last night's
Amerks-Syracuse Crunch game following soon). Let's hope we're heading toward
another banner year.
