I've attached a form that sets forth many different formats for setting up tournaments.  I've also added the same file to the group site so it will be findable when people are trying to set up a tournament.  Some people had said it would be easier to set up their tournaments if a sample format was already set out.  In this form, you just need to list the teams in order of their ratings and number them in that order from 1 to however many teams are in the division.  Then figure out which format you want to use and just substitute your team names for the numbers on the form.  it says how the games should be played for a round-robin tournament or an elimination tournament with or without seeding rounds.
