Hi there... an answer for your question, lets see the internal
process, when you start to kick something the shin start to build
stronger tissues in this case the bone because in every kick the
tissue crack somewhere and the body repair it I repeat stronger and
stronger ... thats why the pain gone little by little ... the human
body start to defend him self build bones and muscles stronger when
the tissue that which are made crack. Be patient, when you build
patience everything shall be and shall see more efective and the most
important .... you discover that you do not need a powerful kick
otherwise a powerful and efective movement with kicks.
