i'm just asking if and how can i perform powerfull kick and how to
avoid pain in my shin
if its can avoid the pain if everyday parctice to kick in bag or in
kickpads
i hope you can mail me soon as you can my freinds i wants to go back to
practice
but the problem is my legs is non perform well maybe due to no
striching and practice i hope
