First of all I would like to say what an excellent website this is.
Iam a British Man now living in Ottawa seeking to find a Thai Boxing
or Pankration/Pancrase School in Ottawa. I live in the Nepean area
near Baseline in Ottawa.
So any info on schools in Ottawa near to where Iam based would be
appreciated. Also seeking other Martial Artists in my area who would
like to exchange Martial Arts Skills.
I hold a 1st Degree Blackbelt in Hapkido Karate & have also trained
in Kickboxing, Kyukushinkai Karate, & Tae Kwon Do.

Constardine, Michael Finn, Bruce Tegner, & loads more.
I believe Grappling combined with Thai Boxing & other Martial Arts is
truly the way ahead towards being a complete Martial Artist.
