Hi everyone,
I have been watching the success of Maurice Smith & Bas Rutten in
the Ultimate Fighting Championships, and am amazed by the sheer
strength of Maurice Smith's low kicks. I notice that he usually
leads with his left foot, then swings his right leg in for
the low kick to the calf/thigh. My question: How od I pratice low-
kicking on a heavy bag (70 pound punching bag) for maximum force
from either leg? Any pointers?

P.S. I boxed amateur for years & have a brown belt in Judo; my next
venture is probably to join a kickboxing type club here in town, but
for now, I am simply trying to teach myself the one art I
never learned: KICKING!
