Hi, I am just gathering as much information as possible. I like to
get in fit, and look good. Not a boxer...Well, I want to develop a
strong mid section. I would like to develop a body like a boxer. :-)
Any advice? What to eat, what kind of work out to do...(I do cardio
about four times a week, and not much lifting heavy lifting, but lift
about 3 times a week), been doing it for about 6 mo. Eating is OK, I
think...but not sure. do I need to eat more, lift more, get bigger
first, then do cardio to burn it off?? does not sound very healthy
way to do it...do not know. I stay slim, but not lean and cut
either...so.....anyways. Thanks.
