For those not familiar with the Hash, athletic ruggedness is not a pre-requisite as a part from some mild jogging through pleasing recreational areas; the main emphasis is placed on social interaction – helped along with adequate amounts of amber refreshment. With camaraderie, good fun in mind, it is expected the run will be a regular last Saturday of the month afternoon fixture, with plenty of scope for new ideas, re-locations, on-on conventions, sponsors etc. So!
