The Eastside Volleyball Club, based in East Peoria,
Illinois still has a few openings in their 2001 Summer
Tournament Schedule.

The schedule will consist of (2) two dates in July
after all of the Club Volleyball Championships are
completed. These two dates will help players and
teams get ready for their upcoming school seasons.
These tournaments traditionally are feature
tournament's for collegiate scouts, therefore a
booklet of up and coming
prospects will be provided at both events to the
collegiate coach's.

The first date is our 1st Annual Adidas Volleyball
Classic to be held on Friday through Sunday July
13-15, 2001 with each team being guaranteed 7-8 full
match's.
The cost per team for the Classic is $250 with head
officials provided.

The second date is our 4th Annual Power Volleyball
Tournament to be held on Friday and Saturday, July
27-28, 2001 with each team being guaranteed 5-6 full
match's. The cost per team for the Power Volleyball
Tournament is $200 with head officials being provided.
As per Illinois High School Association rules,
mandates that all play must complete on this specific
Saturday.

Both of these tournament's will consist of 3
competitive age groups, Junior High School (13U-14U),
Junior Varsity High School (15U-16U), & Varsity High
School (17U-18U).

Both events are scheduled to be held at Eastside
Centre; #1 Eastside Drive; East Peoria, IL., also the
home of Splash Down Aquatic Center.

With the NCAA passing of the rally scoring, we will
utilize the same scoring as the NCAA. Each match will
consist of Best 2/3 rally scoring, first 2 games to 25
points, 3rd and deciding game to 15 points. We will
NOT be using the Libero as is used in USAV.
