Hi all!
I opened this site today and i was nicely surpriced when read all
your messages. Agassi passion is still here! Thanks for your words!
I want to share with you some feeling i have these last month about
Federer role in tennis.
Even i do not like him, it is amazing that no matter how well he
plays today, tomorrow he continues getting better and better..., I
feel that lot of people admire him for that, for reaching perfection
in the game, but at the same time i believe very few people can say
they love him. Have you noticed that no matter who is the other
player, the crowd is alwais cheering him instead of federer, even in
the few times when he is in troubles? In the last match, they
screamed roddick like it were in New York and at the end, applaused
him as a winner.
I think federer really envi andre for that, because all around the
world people loved him, winning or not.
Federer matches still have good sale because of hope that someone
could defeat him. My fear is that if he continues in this way, even
he could break all records and victories, his matches and the
tournaments where he play could get so boring that people do not go
to them. Interest is in competence!
In other other words, if some day Agassi was the man that saved
tennis, tomorrow Federer could be the one that ends it!
