5000m: Tirunesh Dibaba 14:52

After a rather slow first half, Ochichi took over. Dibaba took the lead in the last 300m. Defar was second, just like last week.
Richards was very dominant, with a fast start and finish. Simpson already ran 10.82 earlier this year.

What the heck you talking about? Marion is protected. Oh and for your info Kelli failed her drug test after she won the 100m but mysteriously passed after she won the 200m. She is a junkie just like Ben Johnson. Also IAAF record show that she was using them in 2001 when she first started competing . But they didn't suspend her. But don't talk about Marion because she and the IAAF the IOC the USATF and all other officials know that she is clean. The way you see it is if a woman runs a 10.7 or 10.6 they dope. Let's think in 1998 when Marion ran a 10.65 she had a tail wind and Extremely high altitude. So of course she is going to run a good and fast time also she ran a 21.62 in the 200m with the same conditions. So please don't be mean to Marion. Also I was a big fan of kelli's until I found out she was a junkie. I know you like Marion Jones. I luv Marion, I Luv Kelli but not as much as I used to. But if she wanted to she could compete again because her 2 year ban is over. So if Kelli can run a 10.8 or 10.9 or even 11 legally than I'll become her fan again. I'm just asking please don't say nothing about her. But I am going to be honest. If Kelli tries hard enough she can run the perfect race and tie Marion. Because she has a great start, she has alot of power, and an okay finish.

There is more than enough evidence about Marion Jones' cooperation
with Balco doctor Victor Conte. The fact that she never received a
sanction proves that she is protected. That she is allowed to run
today destroys the whole season of short distance.
The tests are only symbolical. Kelli White admitted that she had
about 30 negative EPO tests, always after using it.

Because she ran a 10.99 at a meet in 2002 and that could of got her
the silver medal in the 100m at the world championships. She ran a
22.3 also in 2003 and that could of got her I think the gold. Also a
bronze medal at the 2004 Olympics. And for your information the USATF
does not protect them they have them do 3 test a month. Also if that
was the case most of the European sprinters would be convicted of
doping. Like Yuliya Nesterenko she won the 100m at the Olympics but
she could not break 11 seconds in 2005. So I think no one should talk
about doping until the athletes are convicted.

It had to be broken this summer. I congratulate Defar. I wonder what
her times were. She said that she was confident with one lap to go, but
it was still very close: just 15 pionts below Abeylegesse's time of two
years ago. I'm also curious what will happen if Defar and Dibaba run
against each other.

Kelli White has just announced her retirement, so the officials got what they want: she accepted a lifetime ban, as a sanction for telling the truth about doping. The official reports will say she's injured, but that's a lie.
During the last year, I have been emailing with her. Although her emails were supposed to be private, I decided to publish them anyway. They prove that the officials are lying about her non-reinstatement. I hope this will help to unmask them.
White has been banned for life and disqualified for all her results ever after testifying before CAS. The same officials who destroyed her life, are protecting Marion Jones and Zhanna Block, not to mention what happened in cycling.

As I have said before, there are many other issues that keep me from speaking out against the issues that I have with my situation. Trust me I am angry, but I do not need any more enemies over there. Maybe when I am done with my career a book would be a good idea to air out all my issues, and give you credit for speaking out in my defense. But, for the time being, I must remain mum and be humble. Their fight against my reinstatement has nothing to do with them being crooked, they are trying to follow their laws ans bylaws. I know this is not what you would like to hear, but these are the facts.

It's great that Defar did it. She proved that she can also win
anywhere: outdoor, indoor, cross or road.
