Spencer canoe designed Raptor - 24 feet, carbon/kevlar,skirted/snapped
for tandem use in high wind/water conditions. Slider seats, endcaps,
handles, rudder/pedals - everything ready to race tandem.

3rd seat can be added. Team MOAT owns same design, and had 3rd seat
permanently installed by Dallas canoe/kayak builder, Richard Steppe.
