Due to relentless rains, high river levels and the threat of
continued rain in the forecast, the 07 AT Sprint Race has been moved
to the Lake Bastrop South Shore Park. The specific danger of holding
the race on the San Marcos River exists at a low water bridge that
is unavoidable. Current swift water conditions allow only one inch
of clearance under the bridge with the only option a potentially
dangerous portage. The risk of death or serious injury offers far
more adventure than this race will allow. We have an exciting course
set up at Lake Bastrop and look forward to seeing you all there!
Rented boats from TG Canoe will be delivered to the new race start

Camping and cabins are available through the park 512-321-5048 .
Your park entrance fee will be paid by Aqua Terra. We will be
sending out a new pre-race letter tonight with all the details. We
