Hi Chris – Not sure if the same computer program will be
used for the Sochi track. I do know there were issues with the Paramonovo
track, including the brine-based refrigeration system and the basic design of
the track itself. In terms of sliding, the general consensus thus far hasn’t
been overwhelmingly positive from what we’re hearing. There isn’t a
lot of vertical drop, so it’s not exactly Whistler in terms of top speed.
Aaron will have to report back in December.
