Re: [adk-luge] Consider a Trip West to Broaden your Horizons

Hey Jim,

Hey that's awsome, I have to drop Riley off on the 17th. If we came early could we (Riley & I) slide with the groups sliding on the 15th or 16th? I'm just trying to figure all this out, and what hoops I have to jump through.
Thanks
Dan

While an official ADK sliding schedule has not yet been released to
the club for Lake Placid, the outlook remains conservative in terms
of ice time owing in large part to the dual World Championships
occuring in Feb of 2009 at LKP. As such, I would encourage all club
members who have entertained thoughts to consider making a trek
westward to participate in a race in Park City.

The Ice Engineers Open is Fri night, 12/19.
The Utah Winter Games (including USLA National Masters) is Sun 1/18.
The WLC Founders Cup is Sun 2/1.

Master Sliders looking to head to Park City for the National Masters
Championships should expect to see a schedule of events in the coming
weeks, but for planning purposes the following schedule is tenattive:

Thur 1/15 - Eve WLC Club Session
Fri 1/16 - Race Tng (AM Session and PM Session)
Sat 1/17 - Race Tng (AM Session and PM Session)
Sun 1/18 - NMC Race (AM)
