Congratulations are in order for ADK slider Tucker West who returns
from Park City with a Silver Medal in the Youth Open division of the
Thanksgiving Day Classic in Park City.

A highlight of Tucker's run was a 10.8 start time from Junior Start;
not only was it the best in the youth category, but it was also the
fastest start time from Junior Start for all divisions including
Masters.

In the Masters Division, ADK sliders missed bringing home hardware as
Jim Murphy and Brett West finsihed 4th and 5th respectively in the
Masters Open division field of 7 sliders.

On the down side, Don Simkin did not race after suffering a broken
ankle when his training run was afoul between turns 13 and 14. Please
join of us wishing Don a comfortable, speedy, and complete recovery.
