I need to give a big thanks to Jim. He really brought his fine
attention to detail to the task of garnish, which is 1/3rd of the
score. Here are some pictuers.

If this happens, what a great opportunity for year-round training and fun. And a lot easier to make the 4-hour drive in July than during a lake-effect...
