Ribs and Luge really aren't two things you expect to go together,
but the support of the ILBBQF festival by USA Luge is very evident.
I think I saw nearly the entire USA Luge staff at some point last
weekend, as well as numerous club members and lots of JCT/Devo
sliders. (OK, mostly the guys ... free food ... I wonder why they
were around?)
Larry and I were talking to see if there's some way we can help make
the FIL World Championships this year more of an Event. Maybe
doing a BBQ reception for the competitors/coaches during the week
would be in order?
Wonder if Ribs and Smoked Pork Butt would go over in Feburary?
Might have to change the name of the team from "Rumple Pigskin"
to "Butt Sliders" ;-)
