I did better than I expected.
Overall: 23 out of 36
Chicken: 23 out of 36
Ribs: 13 out of 36
Pork: 22 out of 36
Brisket: 19 out of 36
I was amazed how many points I lost for presentation.
That is something I really need to work on. Overall,
for taste and tenderness I did quite well.
