I'd like to send out a thank you to everyone who attended this
weekend's Wheel and Start Clinic.

Most of all, I want to thank Nancy Mayers for doing so much to set up
and organize the weekend. It was well-run, and SO worthwhile.

I also want to specifically thank Brenna Margol and Duncan Kennedy.

Brenna ran our wheel clinic, and gave us all instruction and pointers
on our start technique, sled maintenance and even how to tape spikes
onto our gloves (after seeing the disasters attached to the end of my
fingers).

Duncan gave us a talk for about 90 minutes on Curve Theory. The talk
was fascinating and illuminating. However, the real value will likely
not bear full fruit until we get onto the track this winter.
