Love learning new information about your favorite
driver and meeting fellow fans? Ever aspired to be a
writer? Well, then look no further. This club is for
you.<br><br>*Side Tracked, the Yahoo Club for fans of up and coming
drivers, is now taking applications for Club Reporters.
<br><br>Duties include: Attracting fellow fans of your favorite
driver to the club<br> Writing mini articles, fact
sheets, etc., about your driver<br> Finding photos to add
to the driver’s album<br> Finding links to add to
the link page for your driver<br> Keeping fellow club
members informed of all things about your
driver<br> Attracting votes for your driver for the “Driver in the
Spotlight” segment<br><br>Interested?? Already have a driver
in mind?? Read on.<br><br>To be Eligible: **Must be

team player<br><br>To Enter: Fill out the
questionnaire and email it along with:<br> First driver
choice<br> 2 alternate choices<br>1 short (and I mean short)
essay stating why you want to be a reporter for this
driver<br><br>Driver eligibility<br><br> Must be an up and coming star
of NASCAR<br> Must be from any NASCAR series (i.e.
Bush, Winston Cup, Winston West, etc.)<br> Have
competed in Winston Cup for NO more than 6 years <br> NO
Winston Cup Champions (Jeff Gordon, Dale Jarrett,

Reporter<br><br>The deadline for all submissions will be September
27, 2000. ***All submissions must be emailed no later
than midnight (eastern time) on that date. An
independent panel of judges (not me) will judge the
submissions for each driver. Judges will base their decisions
on sincerity and writing composition. (Even I have
to submit an essay!) If only one person submits for
a driver, that person will automatically be
selected as that driver’s reporter. ***The winners will be
contacted by email no later than September 29, and all
winners will be posted on September 30.<br><br>Once the
reporters are announced, you may submit a request to become
a reporter for a driver that might have been left
off of the list. However, a reporter may only have
two drivers.<br><br>Remember the deadline of
September 27. With everyone’s help, this will be a great
club for all NASCAR fans! Any further questions, feel
