Hi all,

The date for the early bird FEE, for the 1st Annual Shades Mills 25km/50km
("Down By The Beach"), Race #1 in the 2005 O.U.S/O.T.S calendar scheduled
for Saturday April 9th, 2005, in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada, has been moved
to February 24th/05. This beautiful trail event is strictly limited to the
first 300 entries received, in both events combined.

Please note that the 17th Annual Ontario Ultra and Trail Series now has a
new link: http://ouser.org . And this site will list all of the events in
the Ontario Ultra and Trail Series for 2005. Nine of these Thirteen races
have been updated and the remaining four events, will soon be loaded to the
site.

Thanks to all of the runner's, sponsor, and most importantly volunteers, who
have supported last year's season, and we look forward to seeing you on the
starting lines this year.
