Hi ACU's

I'm glad this forum is being used as it is the best way to keep all
in the loop.

I think we have come a long way from the days Jim mentioned and from
even further back when we bought our own uniforms, walked to the
world chiampionships through ten feet of snow etc. Each year brings
its own challenges.

I am not in favour of another election. Despite the various positions
which all have some merit. I think it time to pull together help each
other and the ACU.

There will be an election in 18 months anyway. The membership can
make a judgement on results of the current executive and the other
members contibutions.

I do agree that more timely communication and more specifics would
help reduce the feeling of being out of the loop. If a deal with Nike
has been made it should be announced on this forum.
