Re: ab tadpole.

1. Someone coin'd this "Tadpoling"... vry appropriate (deserves an
award!) It will get better as you get use to the trike. Take your
head off of the headrest when really torquing; might help (sensory
input of some sort)
2. Check if the rear wheel is square to the frame. Did you go
through the files section and follow through on some of the
recommendations of the assembly guides? You will also get this is the
road is slanted.
3. Remove the wheels by the axle. First take off the jam nut on the
inside... then unscrew the axle from the kingpin. Remember to remove
the brake caliper first :) When tightening the axle, tighten and hold
the axle shaft (19mm or 3/4") when tightening the jam nut.
NOTE: DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THE OUTSIDE NYLOCK AXLE NUT; IT WILL MESS UP
THE BEARINGS!

The "tadpoling" is primarily due to mashing on the pedals. It's actually common to most tadpole trikes. Practice "spinning circles", pedaling in a smooth...

For what it's worth, I agree with Dane on this one. In my experience, and as many others have reported similarly, using too high of gearing ("mashing") tends...

Don't remove the nylock nut on the outside!!! The bearings are pressed onto the axle. You don't need to remove the brake disk to unscrew the axle from the...
