Randy or I will meet anyone who is planning to attend between 10 and
10:15 in the lobby of the hotel near the front desk. The con itself is
a pay to play sorta thing so we'll need to go in with you so we can let
them know you're with us as part of our programming.



If anyone else is planning to show, if you can still let me know in
advance so I know you're coming. You can reach me by phone as well all

Garb would be great, though not necessary. Bring your full kit,
offhands, etc. The con is at the Hilton Metrotown (not sure of the
exact address, it's on McKay I believe.) I can provide more detail and
directions if needed.

The Academie Duello is putting on a demo this weekend at V-Con,
Vancouver's Science Fiction Writers Conference. The demo is from 10:30
- Noon on Sunday. It would be fantastic to have a group of our students
to participate with Randy and I at the demo to show off your skills, do
some live combat, and help with a bit of instruction. Our goal is to
showcase who we are and attract some more people for us all to have fun
stabbing, frequently.

Bottom line, you guys have played a tremendous role in helping get the
Academie going and it would seem strange for you not to be there.
