Last night we had a good class. 5 people showed up (Bill, Elias,
JD, Athena, & Marty). We started out by running our 2 miles. We did
good as wel cut 10 minutes off our last run and ended up with a time
of 28 min 17 sec. Were are well on our way to a 16 minute run time.
When we got back to the dojo we weighed in and than began our sit
ups. We did 100 per person again and since there where 5 of us we did
500 situps. Next we worked on shooting in on our opponent and
finished the evening with a light contact MMA 5 minute round working
on submissions rather than knockouts. So are you feeling it today?
