Just a reminder that tonight is the advanced class/MMA at 7PM. We
will be running tonight even if it hits 114 degrees again. Actually
today should be cooler, around 98 degs. Be sure to bring a water
bottle and a hand towel. After class be sure to reply to this message
and give your thoughts on the training.
