Myself and Mr. Lammon have decided we are going to start teaching
everyone how to spar during class. This will be tournament sparring
so everyone will need to buy protective equipment. If you are not
interested in sparring then you don't need to buy this equipment.
I highly recommend you do though. Sparring allows a student to use
his/her new skills without going through set motions and defenses.
With protective equipment you can take your punches and kicks to
another level. Everything will be light contact and will prepare
all of us for upcoming tournaments. If you have any questions
