Tonight we had a good workout. JD, John ,and I did our MMA training.
We started out by running 2 miles. Our time has been cut in half over
the last 6 weeks. John finished in 16:05 min and JD and I finished in
19:51 min. We've cut over 20 minutes form our first run back in
July. We came back to the dojo, weighed in then did our 300 sit ups.
We finished out the night boxing. It was a great workout. Continued
practice and training is making a big difference. You can see the
improvement. The next MMA workout will be Wednesday September 6th.
We will be doing grass drills if the weather cooperates. Hope to see
