I notice there isn't a lot of recent activity on this site. I am wondering
about the actual Zoomer's Running Club. Is this for recreational runners also?
I am thinking of joining the local club. I live in Port Charlotte and frequently
run the Guilchrest Bridge. I just participated in the recent Special Olympics
Torch Run. It was the 1st time I've ran that kind of distance and let me tell
you, it was hot as heck yesterday! lol Anyway, any response would be
appreciated.
Are you interested in taking your workouts to the next level? This class is not a typical "body sculpting" workout you see in other gyms. We include plyometrics, weight training, and core strengthening in this class to shape, define, and chisel those muscles into top shape. You will feel amazing after taking these classes. Great workout for athletes as well. Every participant will be charting their progress in each class, which will maximize their results. Start at your own pace and work your way up. With every workout you will be extremely motivated and challenged to achieve goals you never thought were possible to achieve.

Hello my name is Sheila. I'm 32 and a stay at home mom to 3 kiddos
(6, 3 & 11 months). I'm a distance runner, but i've taken the last 2
years off. My husband and I are going to run another marathon, but
because of childcare we can't train together.
So...i'm wondering if anyone meets for long runs midweek or on the
weekends? Or...if another Mom would like to start running long runs
Saturday or Sunday mornings?
I'll be 18 weeks out the first week of September so i'm looking at
starting at 7 miles and building up from there.
Sheila
I think I know what's going on. It's a Yahoo Group and it's Yahoo
who wants the login and password. I happen to have one because I
belong to a couple of other groups too. (I have a MSN one for
a Montego Sailboat group also.) If you got onto the Yahoo Group
before, you have a login and password. Once in awhile they ask for
it as a security measure. I write down all the passwords, etc. that
I have in a book. I was surprised but its quite extensive because
different places want different password formats.
I hope that helped you. If you use the same password for a
lot of things, you should get in.
