Hi everyone!

I have some very exciting news!! Jim Chappo has put together a 12 week
half marathon training project. (See the new file I uploaded) It starts
July 12th (Saturday) at 7am. We'll be meeting every Saturday at the
North Port YMCA (use of facilities for the day are also included).
We'll have a short greeting, a run (distances will be determined by
each runner's level/desire). This is a great opportunity to receive
support, encouragement and guidance as well as the chance to meet
fellow runners. The idea is to train for a half marathon taking place
the 2nd week of October and run it together! So if you always wanted to
test your endurance in a 13.1 race, now is your chance! Jim came up
with the name of our team and I made the logo. Each team member can
bring along a white t-shirt/running shirt and I'll embroider our team
logo on it for free.
