Supposedly the money is supposed to go into renovating the much maligned upper
deck( which I personally don't think there's anything wrong with, but some
idiots listen to the media) but unless US Cellular is going to cough it up all
in one payment, I don't see a lot of renovations being done with $3.5 Mill
